I must say I'm impressed with this latest (beta) version.
Couple of things I feel I should point out though.

How can we add our own apps on the apps folder?
I'm specially interested in having different Joomla versions available. ie 2.5 & 3.0.
Also I would like to have different "Template" versions for Joomla on our own repository.

This following seems to have been fixed in the latest SVN version...

Do you mean the APS installer in the website module to install applications into websites or the ispconfig extensions in the System module? The APS installer gets its packaged from here: http://apsstandard.org/ There is only one repository available from apsstandard.org as far as I know, but they accept contributions accoding to their website. You will find also all information about package faormat etc. there, ispconfig uses currently the 1.1 package specification and repository.
