    Hi !

Should in-addr-arpa inverse DNS records be created within ISPConfig or manually ?
Its not completely clear how to create them in ISPConfig.

You can create them within ISPConfig, see ISPConfig manual for an example.

But in most data centers, the reverse records are managed by the datacenter hoster, so you would not add them on your own server then. If your server is in a datacenter, better ask the datacenter provider if you should really add the reverse record on your own server or if they add them on their server.

I bought ISPConfig manual, and on page 258 there is a dialog "DNS Zone".
However, in my case Zone (SOA) there is only popup menu with my existing DNS zones, I can't skip this popup menu and add x.y.z.in-addr-arpa.
    What I'm missing here ?

Click on the button "Add new DNS Zone manually".

Did it, text field in dialog Zone (SOA) is till a popup menu, not possible to enter anything manually, text is discarded.

Or may be I must add domain "x.y.z.in-addr-arpa", so it appear in this popup menu ?
It should be somehow clarified in ISPConfig manual.

Do you mean the select input field that is used when you activated the domain module? If yes, then you have to add the zone as domain first in the domain module.
