   How does ISPConfig (3.1.3) handle Letsencrypt 90 days expiration, has it some cron job to renew the certificates, or what?

   yes, renewal happens via a cron job

   The script itself is: https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig...er/lib/classes/cron.d/900-letsencrypt.inc.php
   
   The log output would be /var/log/ispconfig/cron.log and /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log.
