php-fpm seems as if your secondary dns server is not fetching updates from master. You can e.g. use the ispconfig debug mode to find out why.
How do I use the debug mode? Why are none of my ftp accounts are working on any sites? It was working just fine. Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Could not connect to server
