Has anyone had success with the ISPConfig 3 android app? I would like to use this product but am unsure how the monitor keyword works and how it designates the server that is needed to be monitored.

I use it. You provide the hostname or IP and what services or ports you want to monitor, and it gives you the status any time you open the app. My only request would be a background service to check the status at pre-set intervals and provide notification on failures.

Also, the app is not limited to servers running ISPConfig. It will work for any server.

Just for your info: we are working already on a version that has a widget to monitor the server in the background. there is no release date for that version yet, bu I expect it to be finished in a few months.

Has there been any new progress on this?
