    Hi,
I've now successfully installed ISPConfig 3 as my control panel (port 10000) on a Centos 6.5 server.

I've also implemented Varnish on top (port 80, with httpd on 8080). I've amended the ISPConfig template so that new sites are added with port 8080 rather than 80.

I'm now backing up my website daily (this only takes a few minutes).

After the backup though, the website goes down, and it seems that Varnish is to blame.

Once I've restarted Varnish, the website comes back up.

Is there a way of amending the backup script so that it automatically restarts Varnish?

    Thanks,
    Joe.

Hi you can use this script from thread for website-backup, just add the varnish restart command at last of the script
