ISPConfig 3 Cannot be accessed after installing MySQL & phpmyadmin

    I'm not technical trained but my ISPConfig 3 suddenly cannot be access after installing MySQL and phpmyadmin.

    Can anyone assist?
    When I try to access ip_address:8080
    It shows:
    ip_address is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500

    This is also the message I got from putty:
    ##### SERVER #####
    IP-address (as per hostname): ***.***.***.***
    [WARN] could not determine server's ip address by ifconfig
    [INFO] OS version is "CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core) "

    [INFO] ISPConfig is installed.

    ##### ISPCONFIG #####
    ISPConfig version is 3.1.15

    Is this in the middle of installing ISPConfig? But there are steps to do after MySQL and PHPMyAdmin installation, so ISPConfig can not work at that point yet.
    Is that the complete message? There should be lots more after that.
