    Hi,

    This question relates to http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-lenny-ispconfig3

I know that with apache version coming with Lenny I cannot have SSL certificates for multiple domains on a single IP address.
Does this apply to subdomains of a single domain as well? ie: example.com, www.example.com, sub.example.com

If this is possible; example.com and www.example.com point to the same website, sub.example.com to a different one (all on the same server, with sites created within ISPConfig).

I will be getting Subject Alternative Name certificate to cover all subdomains.
How do I generate CSR for that? Can I do it within ISPConfig?

    Many thanks

You can get a wildcard SSL certificate: http://help.godaddy.com/article/567

However, I'm not sure what happens if your subdomains don't belong all to the same web site, but form multiple web sites...
