I am in the process of moving a saved sql database file from another server to ISPconfig 3. When I tried to create the same original database username in ISPConfig it would not accept it because of the character limitations in ISPConfig. Can I get around this in ISPConfig by changing the character limitations ... or do I have to go back to the original server and change the username and then export the database file again .... or I can use any username in ISPConfig? Cheers!
I created a smaller database username in ISPConfig, and updated the config file. hopefully that will be okay
