Ispconfig 3 + nginx, phpmyadmin does not work

I haven't used phpmyadmin for while. Today I noticed it doesn't work anymore.
I'm using ISPConfig 3.0.5.3 with ubuntu 12.04LTS, nginx.

Err.log fiile:
[error] 5914#0: *51770 open() "/usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/phpmyadmin" failed (2: No such file or directory), client: *.*.*.*, server: _, request: "GET /phpmyadmin HTTP/1.1", host: "www.mydomain.si:8080", referrer:"https://www.mydomain.si:8080/index.php"

 

Is it possible that the reason is ISPConfig 3 upgrade?

 

The correct URL is http://www.mydomain.si:8081/phpmyadmin
