We're going to be rolling out ISPC 3 on Debian for the most part, but we have a customer who got RedHat server licenses and would like ot keep running in his network.

I notice that ISPC 3 has support for centOS which is based on Redhat, but which steps need to be taken to run ISPC 3 on RedHat and would it be considered stable ?

We never tested ISPConfig 3 on redhat, so it might that it works but there is no guaranty. If you want to try a redhat installation then you should follow as closely as possible the centos 5.2 guide and if ispconfig does not detect the os as supported you might have to change the content of the /etc/redhat-relaese file temporarily so that it matches the file for centos 5.2.
