Please run a ispconfig update where you select to create new ssl certs. If your ispconfig is up to date, then download the ispconfig tar.gz manually from ispconfig.org, unpack it and run the update.php script.

Update it in expert mode and say yes to ssl and ispconfig do everything for you

This is a probem with your installation and not a bug. I installed the erfect server guide as posted here last week, worked out of the box as usual.

The most likely reason your your problem is that you entered wrong details in the openssl cert creation process. Unpack ispconfig again, run the update.php script in the install folder, choose to reconfigure services and choose to create a new sl cert for ispconfig. accept the defaults for all questions of the ssl cert creatin process by just hitting return.
