Hi, we have a strange problem - If any of our users move out of their timezone, they are unable to connect via ios devices into their mail account. For example we have a UK based user who has no problems getting his mail on his iphone when in the UK, as soon as he travels out of the country he connects - I see logins when running cat /var/mail/log/mail.log | grep username but he reports that he cannot view or send email - has anyone else seen this?
I've never heard of such an issue. Is it possible that the remote network that your client uses to access the internet is blocking something?
