is there a way to change the ISPConfig alias? Example: Instead of: 1.2.3.4:8080 use domain.com/ispconfig or domain.com:8080 Also the ispconfig control panel will only open via 1.2.3.4:8080 is there a way to get it to open with my domain name?
You posted ISPConfig question in Linux forum. What you want to accomplish already works. Choose any domain name that points to your server, and use that domain.com:8080 or FQDN like serverx.domain.com:8080. That is not true. It does open with our domain name with port 8080 provided that domain name points to your ISPConfig server.
