I created an extension to allow customers to unblock themselves. Lately, it’s become a bit of a trend for people to lock themselves out, so I specifically configured my Fail2ban settings to restrict the web server jail to port 443 only, and added a separate port 8080 for ISPConfig. This way, the customer/user can still unblock themselves via ISPConfig. The package includes a README file with installation instructions.
