ispconfig and rutorrent

i think ispconfig and rutorrent hate eachother.
it happended after i loaded SCGI

Any ideas on how to fix this.
it affects these areas as i know
*sites
*ftp-user
*ssh-user

How do i check and what do i need to post.... i am still new when it comes to cli and nix systems.
tell me the commands and what i need to post.
