So you are running ISPConfig on some OS? https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/please-read-before-posting.58408/ I may not understand what you are asking. Do you want when you write https://isp.mydomain.com:8080 in browser address bar it goes to your ISPConfig panel? That should happen when you have set hostname to isp and hostname -f to isp.mydomain.com and force ispconfig update (ispconfig_update.sh --force) to reconfigure services and get SSL certificate for hostname.
