I would like to prepare site domain.tld with user names and later transfer DNS records from curent hosting to ISPconfig.

The problem I have is that if someone sends email throuth ISPconfig server the domain.tld configured on this server catches this mail. It should still go to current hosting where all mx records points to.

I need to stop this for some time, until I setup all users and finaly transfer the domain from different host.

I believe it will be postfix configuration.

Can I get some advice on this.

You have to set mailserver to external in options of the website and in the options of all co-domains of this website.

This option is described in the manuals too ;)

I selected the option for external email server and DNS for MX record also points to external server.

    It still did not worked.

You have to change it in ALL co-domains of this website too!

OK, I can see now. I was trying to change the fiel in Options, but I have to go in CO Domain and then to option.

I have there just one co domain. The default one. So I will change the option to external mail server.

    Hope I understand it .
