Hello few days client's web sites were normally working ... today I had call "my web is not working and says something about unable to connect to database ..." I went into phpmyadmin and I didn't find database users defined in ispconfig gui there ... I created all missing database users manually from phpmyadmin and everything is working again ... is it normal that database users just disappear ? Any1 faced similar problem ? thank you P.
