I found in /etc/fstab a lot of lines like that
    /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/veneta.link /var/www/clients/client1/web49/log none bind,nobootwait,_netdev 0 0
    /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/popolounico.ovh /var/www/clients/client1/web64/log none bind,nobootwait 0 0
    /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/repubblica.info /var/www/clients/client1/web71/log none bind,nofail 0 0
    /var/log/ispconfig/httpd/iomail.info /var/www/clients/client1/web74/log none bind,nobootwait 0 0
    for all client of ispconfig.

    What's that ? Can I remove ?
    Thanks

    The log directory bind mounts.

Of course not, they won't be there if they were not needed ;)
