Hello, cant get ispconfig to bypass the apache default page.... Im using ispconfig for a few years......never had problems. I can make virtual hosts to work manualy without ispconfig. other server its working Installed automated and manualy none worked. Im on google cloud, its the only thing that changed. Disabled 000-default, nothing changed.... I have the external ip configured . Ftp server works...database works...apache dont. seems easy to fix... thank you.
Search the forum for 'wrong website' or similar search term, we explain how to debug such an issue several times a week, so I will not repeat it in this thread Besides that, check if ISPConfig created the vhost file.
Ok, that's the reason for your problem. You must select * or the internal IP in the website settings. When a server is behind a router, then the apache server uses the internal IP, the external IP is only used in DNS records. This has been just discussed on Friday: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/site-cant-provide-secure-connection.83923/
Yes, its working now. Thank you....did not realize google cloud was behind a router. i thinked that was a home thing...
