    Hi guys,
i have a question regarding the ispconfig tool.
I have a server 1 where already are some domains located.
when i migrate server 2 to server 1 will the old domains on server 1 survive or will they be deleted?
    thanks for your kind answer.

the migration - tool does not delete anything on the source.

It depends. First of all you must not use the ISPCopy tool that is part of the toolkit, but the Migration Tool.
Second, the migration tool will ask you if it shall overwrite existing entries with the same name (username, domain name, database name etc.) or if it should rename them (_2, _3 etc. suffix).
So if you have no conflicting names on the target server, then the existing data will not be touched.

That said: As always it is important to make a full backup before doing such a migration.
