ISPCONFIG Minimum password requirement for end users & mail users?

Hello, is there a config somewhere to enforce more complicated passwords for control panel logins and for email passwords?

Some of our clients have stupid passwords and lately these accounts get hacked and some spams out under these weak accounts.

I do not have this option? Maybe I am behind in ispconfig updates, lol
