Till hi, i had a go yesterday to migrate my multiserver setup to my new setup. Everything is detected correctly but onlythe web data (clients websites etc) are copied on the web target server. Db,ns and all mail including domains etc are not in sync. What am I missing here?
Run the tool on each node that shall be migrated, one after another. So the next step is to start the tool on the mail or DB server.
I should run the tool on each node, but when it asks for master server etc I should enter the correct ones and it will detect automatically which server I am about to sync?
The tool syncs the SOURCE server you run it on to the approriate target servers. So website data goes to the web server, mailbox files go to e-mail server, etc..
When it asks for the master server then you enter the remote api url of the master server, the tool will then show you which target servers are available in the new multiserver setup so you can select on which target system the data and config will go.
