ISPConfig server unstable work.

    Hello.
I`m currently moving to new server, where I installled ISPConfig for my first time. Server used for hosting web sites. I updated everything to last versions, but still.
I`m not sure what is going on, but server works very unstable. Sites opening very slow and sometime not even opening. The only 1 thing i see its "Web-Server: Offline" from time to time (not all time). I dont see any other problem. Some commands:
Why it all time up, if web-server offline?

    Mysql also works fine.

Top is never above 1, even when status "web-server online"

Its mostly default installation of ispconfig: apache, php-fpm with different versions, mysql (no nginx). The server is powerful enough (all the things I move were working on a less powerful server)
I think I need to change something in configuration, but I have no idea what to change and even where to look.
    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Check logs for any errors/clues, particularly the web server error log, but I wonder if the underlying problem is related to this:
