    I have installed the Ubuntu 7.10 Perfect Server, and I need a webclient.

    I have followed the Squirrelmail On Your ISPConfig Server Within 10 Easy Steps tut and when I access the webmail site, it gives me an "Authentication failed. Please try again" error.

    I know the user is correct, because I just created it.

    Also, I have a domain already on ISPConfig. Is there any way to integrate squirrel webmail into that or do I need to create a new site for just the webmail?

    Thank you

    Todd

    If you want to have a squirrelmail version which is integrated into ispconfig, please install the squirrelmail package that is listed on the ispconfig downloads page trough the ispconfig software update function. You can access this squirrelmail package then from the ispconfig toolds menu

    I have looked under ISPConfig -- Tools and do not understand how to install squirrelmail from there.

    I was under the impression that following the HOW TO for Ubuntu Perfect Server that I would be good to go.

    Also, aside from the Auth Error when attempting to login, i noticed other strange behavior;

    1. If I enter the address: https://webmail.justoutboards.com , it appears to give me a generic front end to squirrelmail (although it lacks my customizations made during the config step in the how to)

    2. If I enter the address: webmail.justoutboards.com, I am re-directed to this address: email.secureserver.net and it is customized with godaddy's information.

    All help is greatly appreciated,

    Sadly this pkg seems to have been made from the 1.5 development tree. Anyone have a stable package?
