I had ISPConfig up and running for a couple months without a hitch. Everything worked perfect. The server became unreachable just the other day so I had to reboot it. Now ISPConfig doesn't work! Apache, MySQL, PHP, etc... seem to be working fine, but ISPConfig doesn't come up anymore on port 81. Here is the URL:

    seventen.net:81

nothing changed on my router - I get the same error whether I'm inside or outside the router...

Any ideas of what could cause this? Where do I start?

    Thanks

    Matt

    Please run:

    /etc/init.d/ispconfig_server start

Which linux distribution do you use?

I'm running Ubuntu. I installed and configured ISPConfig from the Ubuntu LAMP guide on Howtoforge - which is great, by the way.

That command did the trick. Does that tell me that ISPConfig is not set to start on boot?

    Thanks

Normally ISPConfig installs itself to start on boot, but in case this has not worked, you can activate it with this command:
