Ispconfig subdomain sometimes is not working

I have created subdomain of indoerp.id but some is working ,and some of them is not working
1. dspmotor.indoerp.id
2. sembako.indoerp.id

Step by step to create subdomain:
1. I have created dns for ns1.indoerp.id and ns2.indoerp.id
2. i have created website for indoerp.id
3. i have created website dspmotor.indoerp.id and sembako.indoerp.id , which both ns is to ns1 and ns2 from indoerp.id

dspmotor.indoerp.id is working , sembako.indoerp.id is failed

 

It has been fixed by change website detail of auto subdomain to none.
