    Hi,
I have 2 server installed on my network:
    Server1: Debian 10 with ISPconfig, Apache2, 192.168.0.10
    Server2: Debian 10 with NextCloud, Apache2, 192.168.0.20, without ISPconfig
How its possible to redirect on Server1 a subdomain called ''cloud.example.com'' to Server2 ''https ://192.168.0.20/nextcloud''.

How have you tried doing it?
I would do it by creating website cloud.example.com, then use the redirect tab to redirect.
About httpS: my understanding is getting certificate for IP address is not possible. Certificates work for FQDN.

Are both server1 and server2 accessible from the client? If only server1 is accessible, then you need a proxy, not a redirect. Note that in order to make https work, server2 has to deliver a valid certificate which will be hard for an ip address. You actually may want to use a proxy anyway
