Hello, I can only activate the AWStats option on my website and in the "Statistics" tab of the ISPConfig interface. GeoAccess and Webalizer do not create any files in ~/web/stats. AWStats does create the awsindex.html file. How can I activate GeoAccess and Webalizer? Thank you.
Be aware that all stats tools can take up to 24 hours before stats are created for the first time and they can be displayed. Stats about the previous day are created at night, after websites logfiles have been rotated. So if you started of with awstats and switched to another stats tool than you have to wait at least a day. The same as you had to when you started with awstats. Besides that you may check if goaccess and webalizer packages are installed on your system. They should have been installed by ispconfig's install script.
