I have read all the tutorials on rsync for your websites, master master replication for your databases and still have a question about the ISPConfig database.

What information should be synced in regards to ISPConfig. First the ip addresses of the two servers will be different, so I think the ISPConfig database should be seperate. But then we are creating users for a website. Is user information part of the ISPConfig database? Do I have to create administrative users on both machines.

I understand if I have to create a website on both machines. But when the clients (Administrative Users) create users, do they have to do it on both machines?
