Hi, is it possible to use shared ssl instead of the ssl certificate generated by installing ispconfig - and what did i have to change ...? regards Ralph
ISPConfig does not support shared SSL. If you want to use it, disable SSL in ISPConfig and then add the SSH vhost definition manually inside your httpd.conf file after the Vhost_ispconfig.conf include.
sorry wrong question i mean the login to ISPConfig (as admin or user) in use with a shared ssl domain. e.g. https://ssl-id1.de/<domainname>:81/ Only for login into the panel - is there a way to change that in ISPConfig? regards Ralph
You can recreate the ISPConfig SSL certificate: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121
The ISPConfig certificate is working - but i would like to replace it with a shared ssl domain link if possible. I dont like the box coming up (by self generated certificate) in Browser and you need to klick O.K. first to accept the self made certificate. Is there a solution to log into admin with shared certificate?
