You can use any versionioning system you like as using a version system is not related to ispconfig. ISPConfig is a hosting control panel and not a interface for versioning systems. I would use e.g. svn.
Hello, and will it be a problem if the svn repo is the web folder of a web site created and managed trough ispc3 interface
