ISPconfig3, fetchmail account limit does not work

    Using trunk checkout of 04-july-2008

    When setting,
    Max. number of fetchmail accounts: 0
    for a client..

    The client is still able to create fetchmail accounts.

    Ok, added it to the bugtracker.
