ISPConfig3 Mail Warn Errors

Hello and good morning. I am receiving a few errors in the ISPConfig3 Mail Warn Logs.

They are as follows:

"warning: mysql:/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_client.cf: table lookup problem" (this file is blank)

"warning: connect to mysql server 127.0.0.1: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)" (I've had this problem for awhile but everything seems to work on the surface)

"warning: /usr/lib/postfix/trivial-rewrite: bad command startup -- throttling"

"warning: problem talking to service rewrite: Success" and

"warning: unknown[XXX.XXX.X.X]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: authentication failure"

I am already running 3.0.1.6 and I always reconfigure services when I perform an update. Do I need to do this again?
