I should start by saying that I've been running ISPConfig3 on Debian Lenny for well over a year without incident. Two questions: 1) In January, I upgraded from Debian Lenny to Squeeze. I'm running ISPConfig 3.0.3 right now. Will 3.0.3 work with Squeeze or should I upgrade that as well? 2) I'm seeing the following repeated every night in my cron log after creating a new site: cp: cannot stat `/var/lib/awstats/dnscachelastupdate.thenewsitename.com.hash': No such file or directory When I go into /var/lib/awstats/ I see plenty of "dnscachelastupdate" files for the other sites on that server, but nothing for the new site - in fact, there isn't even a txt file there for the new site. I'm wondering if this is a quirk with ISPConfig3.0.3 & Debian Squeeze and, if so, how do I fix it? Thanks.
1) ISPConfig 3.0.3 works with Debian Squeeze. 2) Can be a problem with ispconfig 3 or the awstats install as the contents of the directory /var/lib/awstats/ are managed by awstats directly and not altered by ispconfig. You might want to update ispconfig on your server to 3.0.4.2 to see if that fixes the problem.
Thanks, Till. After reading that, I decided to let that one lie and, sure enough, once the site started getting traffic, the file magically appeared. I guess awstats just needed some data.
