I see that all websites that use webalizer, does not have statistics reports. stats folder exists but empty. If I switch to awstats, it works but does not generate reports for past logs.
Reagrding webalizer: which Linux distribution do you use? Debian has a bug in the webalizer package which causes a missing dependency, so the package geoip-database is missing. Install it with: apt-get install geoip-database All statistics are generated nightly for the last day, so when you switch to a different statistics software, then only the statistics from the day you switched will be generated.
thanks for the reply. but as I see geoip-database is allready installed. I use ubuntu-server 11.10. is there a way to run statistics for older logs ?
