This looks like a installation problem of the FTP server and not a problem of creating FTP users as FTP users are not created, they are virtual users and exist only in mysql. So if you see them in ispconfig, then they are created correctly. To debug the FTP server connection, see here: http://www.faqforge.com/linux/controlpanels/ispconfig3/how-to-enable-debugging-in-ispconfig-3/
FTP Program I will check the log! I have installede proFtpd on the server do i have to run a specific FTP program with ISPCONFIG3 ? Hope you can help!!!
Ok, thats explains the problems. proftpd is not supported by ispconfig 3 and can not be used on a ispconfig 3 server. ISPConfig 3 uses only pure-ftpd. Plesae reinstall your system as descrtibed in the perfect setup guides and then run a manual update on ispconfig so that the newly installed services get configured.
