ISPConfig3 - Won't create new databases.

    I changed the MYSQL root user password for security reasons... not sure if that has anything to do with it.

    I also changed: /usr/local/ispconfig/server/lib/mysql_clientdb.conf

    to the correct password for root.

    Not sure what to do here.
