ISPConfing users can't create new database

Hello guys,
I report this issue, only admin users can create new db. Clients users can't manage a new database creation (it can only create a new db users).

did you assigned a db-server to this client (see limits)?

After upgrade at the latest ISPConfig version, email limit and db limit don't contain nameserver!
I have put it into the box and all work fine!
