You probably run ISPProtect as cronjob, in this case, the key is a commandline parameter of the command in cron. The cronjob is either in a file inside /etc/cron.d/ with 'ispprotect' in the name or in the root crontab (which you can edit with the command 'crontab -e' as root user).
