hello we have an issue with limits with one client where we set the limits but for client its still says it has unlimited
You are talking about website quota? Then ensure that you have set the right quota in the website as well. The client limit is the max value that a client can use (sum) for all his websites when he adds them. An admin can override that value though by setting it to unlimited. so my guess is that you mised to set the value in the affected website too.
we created limit templates and set web quotes and traffic quotes to a specific amount for each limit template and when we add clients we select the template that client orders and it sets the limits. but as we slected template for this client it still says that is unlimited i checked multiple times if web and traffic quote is not set correctly and i think it is
Like I explained above, the limit templates have no influence on web quota of existing sites. Check the quota setting of the affected website.
