Hi there, I've just moved to a new server and used one of Till's posts to backup all of the data and move it to the new server: Now, I've done all that but for some reason I keep getting the It Works! Default apache page on all of my client sites. It appears as though /etc/apache2/sites-enabled doesn't have any of my clients in there. Should I also take that from the old server, or should ISPConfig be automatically creating it?
Well, I'm stuck. I can't log into ISPConfig. I copied over the ispconfig database from my old server and overwrote the one that was on this server, so I assume that's what caused the problem. I can't login as admin (or any other user for that matter), I get: Username or Password wrong.1. Now I've reset all of the passwords using MD5, but still can't get into ISPConfig. Perhaps it's an issue with the ispconfig mysql user. What is the default password for it? Can I reset it?
Looks as if you have overwritten the mysql user table or copied the ispconfig files over to the new server. To fix this, download ispconfig and run the update.php script and choose to reconfigure services during update.
I've decided to just redo the server. What exactly should I be pulling from the old server? Right now I'm thinking: /var/www/ /var/vmail/ /etc/passwd /etc/shadow /etc/group ISPConfig MySQL Database Website Databases Should I also be replacing the mysql database titled "MySQL"?
