Just installed and cannot login in isp config

dear friends,

I have just installed ispconfig in centos 5. I did try to access ispconfig by going to my host address 10.0.0.5:8080 , it keeps on saying 403 Forbidden.

I did restart apache server by doing /etc/init.d/httpd restart , didn't work
I did reboot the computer still didn't work. Please help

Which ISPConfig version did you install? 2 or 3?

i did reinstall the OS and reinstall ispconfig 3 , it worked. Thank you
