Kernel panic: init not found

    I have using linux 8.0 , the problem is this our (/) file system is full and after the rebooting l have received the error on boot (kernel panic: init not found.

    what can I do.

    linux 8.0, please tell me how to get that, cause i only have linux 2.6.18 :p

    You can boot the system with a Lice-CD such as Knoppix and clean up the system.

    Auto Reply vacation software:

    I have use sendmail on linux 8.0 . vacation software is vacation-1.1.1-8a .
    the problem is this auto reply is not working and mail go to /var/spool/clientmailqueue folder.

    I'd suggest that you use Postfix instead of Sendmail. Sendmail's a nightmare to configure...
