Koobface Worm.

Greetings fellow Linux disciples, I've been reading about this new variant worm called koobface. I do not visit such websites as facebook or myspace but have several family members that do. My question is, because I'm the only Linux user in this family, am I protected against such infections, or do I need to run AV scans? TIA

 

As far as I see, this worm is for Windows only, so your Linux system is immune.
