Last login date in sys_user table

    As far as I can see, he submitted it against masterm which is 3.2 and not stable branch, which is 3.1. So it has been implemented but not for the ISPConfig 3.1.x series.

    how can I possibly request for it to be implemented on 3.1.x series?

    Make a feature request in the bug tracker for including this merge request in 3.1 series too.
