Lemp server performance

    can anybody at ispconfig do a complete tutorial on how to configure a LEMP server for performance? this may include ,
    ( HTTP Cache, Nginx FastCGI cache, Memcache, OPCODE CACHING, Optimizing The Query-Result Cycle , Redis, ) etc.

    can this be incorporated into the perfect server setup?
