   I'd like to run Ubuntu Jaunty as DomU on my Debian Lenny Xen Dom0.
   Any suggestions how I can do that?

   Yes, you can use the xen-tools package for it - it has support for Ubuntu as well. See http://www.howtoforge.com/virtualization-with-xen-on-debian-lenny-amd64
