Hello im running ispconfig 3.1 and i have the issue when I check the letsencrypt box for a site it doesn't generate the cert with the root dns name. so in the cert file it only uses the DNS names: www.mydomain.com mysub.mydomain.com but not mydomain.com so this is causing an issue that if someone goes to mydomain.com they get the error of the connection my not be private. any idea why this is doing this when it generates the cert?
You entered "domain.com" in the domain field of the website and not "www.domain.com" and auto subdomain is set to "www.domain.com" ?
Yup, Domain field does not contain "www." only "mydomain.com" and autosub is set to www. also for whatever reason in the letsencrypt dir, it is creating two folders for the domain, the folders are www.mydomain.com and the other is www.mydomain.com-0001
